It doesn’t work like this in the GE. Democrats make a career out of cheating and the methodologies are very different. And woe to all of us if voter fraud is accomplished through computer programming. The validation for that type of fraud lies with exit polling.

You are correct. My criticism of the Trump campaign was in his failure to adequately counteract Cruz's game of getting his people into delegate positions and winning in caucus only states.

Democrats have a century and a half of experience in ballot box stuffing and voter manipulation, examples being Tammany Hall in New York, the Pendergasts in Kansas City, the Daleys in Chicago, the Parrs in South Texas, and the "whites only" primaries in the South. They accomplished fraud long before the voting became computerized. Electronic balloting merely expands the opportunities to cheat.

Trump did not adequately prepare for the later stages of the primary season, and Cruz is making progress in this area. Had he or his staff planned better, they would not have to depend upon the final primaries, which are still six weeks away, for any chance of reaching the magic number. Trump and his advisers had better be fast learners, and he had better be willing to spend hundreds of millions, for the Clinton machine is major league, vs. the farm team led by the Texas senator.
