Sure, I would say if you are mathematically eliminated, you should withdraw. Kasich and Cruz, at this point, should withdraw. Of course, that means Trump would win because he'd win all the remaining delegates.

Trump could still come up short since Cruz and Kasich would still be on the ballot. And by the standard you have already set for Kasich and Cruz, Trump should immediately withdraw in that event.
