Well this doesnt look good a day after ABC announced Michael Strahans departure from Live! With Kelly and Michael to join Good Morning America full time, co-host Kelly Ripa was nowhere to be found.
Instead, Strahan showed up with substitute host Ana Gasteyer, formerly of the networks Suburgatory and a guest star on The Goldbergs.
Kellys off today, Strahan said briskly, introducing Gasteyer to the screaming fans in the audience.

I think she gets paid $20 million a year for doing 5 hours a work a week.
She is upset she was not told her co-host found a better paying job that is more interesting for him then the talk show he is on?
This is beyond a first world problem.
Ridiculed for being concerned for someone? I see.
And why exactly would such an assumption provide you relief?

Yeah, I read that.
It still doesn’t explain why you would feel relief that I had been banned.
Because it meant that you probably hadn’t had a stroke - sincerest apologies for feeling relief.
You don’t really think that she only works 5 hours a week on that job do you? If she did nothing else, she has to be there for pre-taping certain interviews, be on location for shooting in different cities, early there for wardrobe fitting, hair and make-up, pre-planning for each show. Scheduling for each show, some out of town, and just a whole host of other issues that culminate in a flawless, hopefully, one hours a day show.
I really don’t think you give her proper credit, or Michael Strahan either for that matter.
Ok so 2 hours a day. Mostly for hair and make-up.
Your silly.
Once she’s wrapped duties on “Live!” around 11 a.m

We’re glad you’re alive
After all we’re like fam
You hug for too long
Yep, you got the second part right. She has said many times on the show that her day begins at 6am every day. She takes care of Mark and the kids, then heads to work by 8 and works till 11, unless she is on location where the day quickly becomes much longer.
She is a good mom, and a good wife, is fun, lighthearted, and caring. I say good for her, it won’t last forever, and I wish her happiness.
She works a couple of hours a day then hits the gym.
I’m rebellious that way.
I like her, and hope she does well. I sure you feel the same way too.
