My twin sister died in 2003 of lung-cancer. She was a heavy smoker. She told me she had quit smoking 5 years earlier, but that was obviously not long enough
I knew a guy that just died at 96 smoked like a chimney his whole life ( i think since 12) lungs where clear and good dr’s said. never heard him cough or have any effects.
If it’s oat cell, that’s bad. Some lung cancers are operable.
