Thursday, April 21, 2016: Live stream of the Donald Trump for President rally in Harrisburg, PA at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center. The event is scheduled to begin at 7:00 PM EDT.

Harrisburg, PA

(Pennsylvania German: Harrisbarig) is the capital city of the U.S. state of Pennsylvania and the county seat of Dauphin County. With a population of 49,673, it is the tenth-largest city in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.

Harrisburg's site is thought to have been inhabited by Native Americans as early as 3000 BC. The first European contact with Native Americans in Pennsylvania was made by the Englishman, Captain John Smith, who journeyed from Virginia here in 1608 and visited with the local tribe. In 1719, In 1785, John Harris, Jr. made plans to lay out a town on his father's land, which he named Harrisburg. In the spring of 1785, the town was formally surveyed by William Maclay, who was a son-in-law of John Harris, Sr. In 1791, Harrisburg became incorporated and was named the Pennsylvania state capital in October 1812, and has been since.

It’s like the whole “ABORTION” question....NO president makes laws ( well, Obama tries to ) and while I don’t like his answer, it was a “GOTCHA” and a STUPID one.

My wife was literally the girl-next-door who lost a battle with breast cancer at 28. I suddenly became Mr Mom with 2 little girls, 4 and 1.

Of course, I was a protective dad...perhaps a bit more than normal.

That said, if I saw any male wearing a dress (or not) follow them into a public restroom, I’d move like a speeding bullet and grab that pervert by the throat, drag him out and beat the crap out of him.

It’s not that hard to say of you were born with a penis & XY chromosomes (that can NEVER be changed), you’re a male and MUST use a MEN’s restroom or school’s showering facility.

I hope Trump “clarifies” tonight and state the obvious correct answer.

We’re heading toward Sodom & Gomorrah and don’t need our GOP nominee to help speed that train to our destruction.

My oldest son who has never been political is really excited about Trump this year. He’s 38. He says he doesn’t care a knat about gay/abortion social issues. He’s sick of those being the main fighting issues during elections.

He told me Trump hits what he cares about, jobs, military, vets and education.

He spent 15 years in AF and had a tough time getting work when out.

I’m just telling you what my son’s views are. I DO care about social issues, but what will they matter if we are taken over by illigals and Muslims and China.

We need our country to be a strong country. Social issues should be local community issues.

JMHO

I was pretty protective too. I'd be unlikely to administer a public beating, lots of legal hassles follow that, but I certainly reacted when I perceived a threat to my kids' well being, and I'd perceive a pervert as such a threat.

And that was before there were bathroom laws.

Ask ten people what the obvious correct answer is, and I bet you get ten different answers.

I heard it live, and took it he supported the laws as they were or used to be ( per Governor) and didn’t think they should have been changed to transgender.

The Jenner question was a deliberate trip up.......or gotcha

I HATE this will be used over and over to muddle his big win......just hate it.

FYI. Next door in the fair ground to the Indy rally for Trump was a jobs fair for veterans. ... Coincidence??
Hope all veterans can find an opportunity through a similar program.

Post something important twice and the mods are all over it, taking down threads with “Search works”. But they let the same Trump-bathroom story be posted at least a dozen times.

I don’t blame Jim, as he’s made it clear where he stands.

Why these Cruzers do this is a bit of a mystery, as it surely isn’t going to persuade anyone who seriously supports Trump not to. We all know how “sticky” Trump fans are!

Of course if common sense were the dominant factor, we would never even be discusssing the “gender issue” in the first place!

I’m sure that the “great bathroom debate” was a set up question. Frankly, I don’t like the whole “transgender” thing, but we have far more important things to worry about other than bathrooms and abortion. Those things won’t matter at all if we continue to be subjected to the 3rd World invasion. Matter of fact, 3rd Worlders are far more intolerant towards gays, transgenders, and women than are anyone else. So, all those liberals who support the 3rd world invasion are in for a really brutal awakening when gays and transgenders are thrown off buildings, or burned alive, or women are forced into 2nd or 3rd class citizenship.

I live and work in Silicon Valley, after a transgender bullied and committed suicide, this became a big issue. Every tourist city or country have them and this is now big issue after Gay marriage.
We have to watch kids more carefully and train them. Basically, anyone can go to any bathroom, better do job before leaving home. I hope, this will start paid private bathroom as available in Singapore.

My musing right now has nothing to do with the current topic.

I had lunch today with my part-time boss (a Roman Catholic Priest) and a friend of his, a parishioner. The topic was of course, Trump. I live in NJ, this parish I am speaking of is very close to Atlantic City.

They reiterated how much Trump is hated in Atlantic City because he closed his casinos, and many people lost their jobs. I firmly believe he saw the writing on the wall, with the opening of casinos in Philadelphia, and that it was purely a business decision.

The parishioner told me the polls he has seen indicates that Trump will lose to Hillary in the general election because of this. He also stated that he felt Kasick was the best choice against Hillary.

I said nothing. This mentality makes no sense to me, if Kasick cannot beat Trump in a Primary, how could he ever beat Hillary in the general election. What is this?, common core politics?

I don’t agree with this, I just wanted to share this bizarre conversation...

Flame away, LOL

That’s great about Vet job fair.
Vets really have a tough time.

Thank you for your great reports by the way!

My son was on his second deployment to Iraq when he learned his wife of 12 years had met up with her old boyfriend, filed for divorce and moved out of state with kids.
He came home alone and devastated. This caused him to make a bad choice and get out of service 5 years shy of retirement.

He had lost all those years when most are gaining years of civilian experience in a company.
It was tough to find work.

He’s a great guy and worker so he has managed to get a somewhat decent job, but child support (which he gladly pays. He loves his kids) is a killer.

The country needs jobs and help for our vets to transition.

Other than the 3 or 4 dozen threads today on FR, I don’t think this story is being talked about elsewhere - it is totally buried under the Prince news.

BTW, check out the color of text on Drudge.

Pardon me, but I have to vent.

I just suffered through hearing Reince Priebus on Hannity and -— arrrghhhh! This man spins so much it’s IMPOSSIBLE for me to believe he’s not a democrat. Here in Pennsylvania, only the NAMES of the delegates are going to be on our ballots but not the names of the candidates they represent, so no one will know who to vote for unless they do their homework in advance. This nitwit wouldn’t even admit that was STUPID! He deferred constantly to “the rules,” and if you didn’t like the rules you should run for some political committee somewhere and work to change them... otherwise why are you complaining?! Arrrggghh!

I’m now 100% certain that unless Trump comes in over the magic number that this GOP-e clown is going to to find SOME way to take the nomination away from him - maybe with some nice, Canadian lawyer helping him out.
