Trump is not and does not have a lock on the nomination, a hard fact for the trumpists to accept. He may arrive at the convention with the most delegates but could be short of the required 1237 needed.
Cruz staying in the race gives Americans a choice on who they want to vote for? Do not you trumpists believe in the vote of every American voter? And, should Donald fall short of the required 1237 on the first ballot, again Americans can have a choice on who their nominee is to be. That is the system in place currently and apart from Donald’s whining, it is not a rigged system.

Born In America, Cruz was not born in America, and he has a foreign national father.
Cubanadians are not eligible.
He was born in Canada to a Cuban father.

The simple fact is that if Trump comes to the convention with a clear plurality and the nomination goes to somebody else, somewhere between ten and twenty percent of the people who usually vote Republican will sit on their hands and there will be an electoral bloodbath at all levels. Under those conditions, not only will Hillary win the Presidency, but the Senate and quite possibly the House will go Democratic.
Is that what you want?
