I grew up in the 1980’s, Prince was one of those omnipresent musicians you couldn’t get away from even if you wanted too during that era. Most of his tunes were catchy enough, never was a huge fan myself and never went deeper than his “Top 10 Hits”, but by the same token I didn’t dislike him either, but honestly couldn’t recognize one song he released in the last 25 years. Regardless, shame he died, RIP.

The fight over his estate is going to be interesting. I think there is no known wife or children. I hope he had his estate locked up air tight for whatever he wanted.

I’ve attended two Prince concerts in my life, both back in the 90’s. They were very well-done with excellent sound, and Prince worked very hard to make them great, memorable experiences with two encores. And this was in a mid-tier market, so I suspect he worked that hard for every audience.
