It isn’t absurd. You are at Disneyland or the beach. You are carrying a camera, or a modern smartphone in the hand. Shutters can be set to silent. You walk into the restroom. Happens all the time. I was for Trump, but he is dead wrong here.
That already happens with homosexuals all the time. I had that happen at a place I worked at. A homo was taking pictures of men sitting on toilets from beneath the other stall. If you're concerned about some guy not bothering to disguise himself to walk into the women's bathroom, keep in mind they could just put on a wig, and no one in their right mind is going to start patting down people to check their sex.
