I agree but my point is who will prosecute an obstruction referral....it is a rhetorical question as we know that has to be the department of injustice. I Want long odds that Lynch is going to approve such a prosecution. In fact, make it an exacta, prosecution of the obstruction and the clinton e mail indictment....probably pays 500 to one.

You are right, the DOJ will never authorize any sort of investigation on this.

This federal regime is nuts. We should be in open rebellion...
