Springfield MO is where Jeff Roe, Cruz’s Campaign Manager hails from. I would not doubt that the Cruz Campaign is sending these out to their own people. Number one: They have the addresses of Cruz Delegates and any other potential delegates. Number two: Trump is having trouble identifying his own delegates much less anyone elses. This was sent out by someone associated with the Cruz Campaign as a false flag. It might be one of the Pacs or #NEverTrump Pacs that are floating around. Anyway, that’s my opinion. The fact that it is written in such bad English tells that it is an ad hoc group of “Idiots for Cruz”.
I’m clearly listed as a committed Cruz delegate.
We’ve seen these state lists posted here on FR, and they include Unbound, Cruz, Trump, Kasich designations.
It certainly fits the Cruz Campaign’s M.O.
