Is California an open or closed primary? The Republican primary in California is closed to registered Republicans only, which is good because with HRC's nomination wrapped up there would be a lot of anti-Trump mischief like happened in Ohio.

Is California an open or closed primary? I believe it's closed but that didn't heard the Donald in NY, FL or AZ. Just so long as it isn't some stupid caucus which discourages voter turnout.
