I would be interested in a scholarly discussion on the Constitutional merits of the recent 4th Circuit Court of Appeal ruling. This NBC story says the ruling was based "on a regulation issued by the Department of Education a year ago, interpreting the requirements of a federal law known as Title IX, which prohibits schools that receive federal funds from engaging in sex discrimination."

I'd like to bring up the 1st amendment right to peaceably assemble, and suggest that this ruling violates that by forcing a contentious and conflicting assembly that will eventually lead to violence.

A show like that would be of the old Levin style and would be greatly appreciated by me. A show that simply bashes Trump for speaking about it is a waste of my time.

Mark must not be aware of the 4th Circuit ruling from the other day legitimizing this. Otherwise he'd be talking about judicial overreach and law of the land.
