What a waste of time. He’s a dumb guy, going senile, who has no idea what he’s talking about. Ever.

Don’t you admire his new clothes?

Half of FR has become more Leftist than DU and you think the Cruzers are the damned fools.

It truly pains me to say, but you're right.

I mean I would have never thought FR would turn out like this!

Jesus Christ: You can't impeach Him and He ain't gonna resign.

It’s a good think you are not going to jump to a hasty conclusion. Sounds like many of the same things they said about Reagan. And they both dress well.

What astounds me about most Trump support is that it comes off as blind loyalty.

This is a misconception. Six months ago Cruz supporters were the majority here and were also the most enthusiastic. Last night the Free Republic Caucus which is the daily online poll showed that nearly 90% of the people here now supported Trump. Most of the people here supporting Trump originally supported Cruz. That means they had to think about it.

This is actually striking. People here know and mostly acknowledge Trump's weaknesses, but as the contest has progressed they realized that Cruz has major flaws that are not appropriate in a president. But the biggest problem is that if one steps back and looks at the coming election Cruz cannot win. This is true on many levels, but the primary indication is that Cruz has done very poorly in the battleground states that any Republican nominee will have to do well in to win. And his poll numbers have actually declined since those losses.

So it doesn't matter if Trump makes a minor gaffe or says something that you find offensive. It also doesn't matter if as Glenn Beck claims that Cruz is the new Moses. Cruz can't win the general election and as much as many of us would love to see him as president, if he doesn't start working toward party unity the likely outcome is a Clinton victory.

If Clinton wins this one, everything that we still love about this country is going to go down the tubes. Kiss your guns goodbye, say hello to multiple new liberal Supreme Court Justices, say hello to unisex bathrooms everywhere, government funded abortions clinics will be on every corner, say goodbye to millions more jobs, welcome millions of new immigrant democrat voters, coal, oil, natural gas, will all be vilified, but most of all... all the traditions and institutions that have made America great will all be decimated. That is the end result when the remaining Cruz people continue this battle. It is every bit that serious! WE need to start pulling together. That is you and me brother, and we need to start doing it as soon as possible.

I don’t put much stock in any polls that aren’t actual cast ballots. Online polls are at best measurements of enthusiasm. Fringe candidates are regularly outsized in online polls.

That said, your argument is electability. Fair enough, I never considered Cruz a shoe in or easy winner for the general. An anti-American marxist with no executive experience has won the last two Presidential elections, so the idea that any Republican has a good chance at the general is nonsense. Its all uphill.

Trump is no exception. His negatives are huge. He is a ripe target on issues across the board. He cannot self-fund his general campaign and he has no fundraising mechanisms in place. Lord only knows where the money comes from for his run. Once the nominee, the media fascination will be over and the 24/7 negative stories will begin, along with negative commentary coming from sitcom characters to sportscasters. Mocking anyone who would support Trump will be the new late night mantra.

Trump is doing better than the others, but he has had a contentious run for the nomination that has alienated over half the party—hardly an indicator that he will do well picking up votes for the general. He takes opportunities like yesterday to rub salt in those wounds and I think a lot of his general election strategy is shaping up to be triangulating against conservatives. I’m not seeing a happy family dance any time soon.

It didn’t have to be like this. We didn’t have to burn down the house. Every single candidate on the stage was a better choice than Hillary, and here we are with nothing but damaged goods and Kasich the slime ball, who is just as likely as not to walk away with the nomination.

Hmmm.

I see we don’t want a wall, and have no objection to population transformation, and pathways to legalization for the little darlings, and the connections to numerous to mention with the North American Union globalists is just fine too.

Don’t explain, just grunt and use exclamation marks, big guy.

but is still anatomically a man

What do you mean by "still anatomically a man"?

Suppose a man has his penis cut off, gets castrated, and has a plastic surgeon create a jizz pocket behind his bladder. Suppose that happens?

A simple X ray of his femoral neck will tell you he's "still anatomically a man".

Going through surgical mutilation does not, cannot, change a man into a woman.

A Penis. It means he has a penis.

Why am I having to explain this? I know that you knew exactly what I meant.

A man with no male genitals and all the outward features of a woman isn't going to draw any attention in the locker room from women or girls. As odd, strange, and wrong as it is, its still not the same as dangling a penis and ball sack out in front of the nine year old girl.

That is the distinction I was making. It falls to the matter of enforceability.

Reagan discussed issues. Intelligently. Even after he started slowing down.

Trump can’t discuss issues. He shouts slogans and insults. But, you CAN fool some of the people all of the time.

The issue was not their appearance, it was the issue Cruz created out of nothing of the adult perverts doing bad things with children. What Trump alluded too was the statistics that there had been virtually no problems with the tyranny bathroom issue other then mainly where the tyrannies were the ones being assaulted. He was pointing out the Government created an necessary economic hardship for small businesses where one did not have issue prior. AKA the cure was much worse then the problem.

I am not nearly as pessimistic as you. 20% more Republicans turned out for the primaries so far than Democrats which is nearly unheard of. When has that happened before? Not in my lifetime... Trump has over 50% more delegates and millions more votes than Cruz, by the time the convention gets here Trump will have several million more votes than Cruz.

As far as Trump’s “negatives”... if nearly $500 million dollars had been spent on negative advertising against Cruz, he would already be a distant memory. When the negative ads targeting Trump mostly from his own side taper off the negatives will taper off as well. Cruz just spent the last three weeks doing nothing but speaking negatively about Trump now including this ridiculous public restroom argument.

Cruz has lost; he never was a viable candidate, if the GOP leadership hadn’t decided to use him as a tool against Trump he would have run out of money and been gone before Wisconsin. It is long past time for him to start working toward party unity. The fact that he is not now that he has been mathematically eliminated shows only that he cares more for himself than the country. But he has never been a team player so I am not going to hold my breath.

I don’t have any illusions that there is even the slightest chance that you will change your disharmonious melody either. None of your arguments seem sincere, you continue to parrot the talking point of the day from the Cruz team. Who knows what it will be tomorrow. It is like that when you have lost your moral compass. But chin up, the tide is strong and it will carry you along with it.

The MSM, Obama regime; Dems; LGBT created a problem where none really existed, and N. Carolina over-reacted to the drumbeat. This is what Trump said, and he is right. A problem was created where none really existed. If anything, it is men dressed as women going into men’s bathrooms that gets the most reaction. Most Trannies know this so they dont do it. Trannies aren’t that eager to create such scenes, so they act out in safe places, and mes and womens bathrooms aren’t one of them.

As for Teddy Cruz, whom I no longer can even stand, as usual he throws out red herrings. He says who would let a young child into a bathroom with a Tranny in there. And I say, what parent would let a young child go into the bathroom alone in the first place? No parent in their right mind. There are all sorts of perverts out there, pedophiles, women stealing children, homos, child molesters. Teddy the liar strikes again. Teddy is scum.

First, I don’t have a clue what the Cruz daily talking points are, because I don’t read them. Second, the negative ads on Trump haven’t even started yet. Third, my moral compass is just fine, it’s fixed exactly where it was 30 years ago, 20 years ago, 10 years ago, and last summer. I don’t chase after anyone else’s views.

A shame that you v don’t see the issue with making LGBT a positive right that surpasses other people’s ability to say “no”.

The problem wa not the historical past, when trannies had to be discrete, it was the here and now when tranny-rights ordnances provided a get out of jail free card to pervs.

The problem is cultural sickness. They way they did it to us was to take over education, the courts and remove Christianity from the public sphere.

Of all the ones running, the only one hitting all three of those key areas is Trump. He has listed conservative judges to nominate, promised to return education to local control and promised to protect religious freedom of Christians.

That is how you fix the Tranny problem - Not Cruz’s Pecker checker Police. At best Cruz’s hyperbole is a band aid and not a fix nor will it stop the rot.

We're obviously not looking at the same candidate.

I am either going to be the most wrong I've ever been in my life and stunningly surprised by how much I underestimated Trump, or you or going to be horribly disillusioned.

I don't think I'll be eating much crow come this time next year. Trump will either have lost in a 40 state landslide to Hillary, or he'll be well on his way to implementing most everything that Hillary wanted.
