That's not true in many states now, Illinois for instance. When transsexuals are specifically protected by law then the burden is on the individual, business, state to prove that an individual is not a transsexual. As transsexual identification is completely up to each individual, it is impossible to prove someone is not, who states that they are. It is like trying to prove that a person doesn't like ice cream.
That is like saying that people who voice a need for things are no longer to be charged with their theft, but that you still have laws against theft, so its not a problem.

The issue was not their appearance, it was the issue Cruz created out of nothing of the adult perverts doing bad things with children. What Trump alluded too was the statistics that there had been virtually no problems with the tyranny bathroom issue other then mainly where the tyrannies were the ones being assaulted.
