How do you think a Cuban green card holder, who high tailed it off to Canada when the draft came for Viet Nam so he didn’t have to go...who married a woman here in the States, with two girls, went to Canada and married, at the same time had another wife and a son in Canada...then came back and divorced them both...and was a Canadian until he gave up his citizenship in Canada and he doesn’t have one here, just explain to me how all this works to raise a decent, well rounded person?
