Actually, I subscribe to the WSJ and I’ve read all her recent essays. She has been harshly critical of the GOP establishment as being out of touch with the base and failing to respond to their legitimate concerns.

Noonan is harshly critical of some of Trump’s antics. But what lady wouldn’t be?

Noonan semi-lost her mind when Obama was elected the first time around, but came to her senses a couple of years later. You are correct that she has been admirably tough on the GOP establishment over the last couple of years.

I am supporting Cruz, but will back Trump if he gets the nomination. However, the coarseness in our culture that Noonan noted is real, and it does disturb me. Are there no other freepers who were disturbed by the vulgar references to male genitalia earlier in the election cycle?!
