This is probably just me, but if you can’t trust someone with an anti-aircraft missile..... forever....... maybe you shouldn’t just give them an anti-aircraft missile. I’m kind of a free thinker that way

What I would like to see is whether it is possible to build land mines that expire after a given period like a year, or 2 years, or else that can be turned off with a radio or cell phone signal when the war is over. So many needless injuries and deaths with mines, the bomb that keeps on giving.

I'm not sure why you don't trust terrorists. Obama trusts them, and he's working as hard to protect America as he ever has. If the warmup cycle for a missile had a checkbox like the user agreement when you install software, that would be legally binding. "By pressing "ACCEPT", I agree not to reverse engineer this missile or circumvent the anti-misuse features." Isn't that enough?
