Churchill clarified his thoughts on Britains role within a united Europe a month later, in January 1941. According to John Colville, the Prime Minister told him at Ditchley, Churchills grand weekend retreat near Oxford, that there must be a united Europe and that he believed that it should be built by the English; if the Russians built it, there would be communism and squalor; if the Germans built it, there would be tyranny and brute force. One thing Obama said back in 2009 was that he was extraordinarily impressed by the EUs leadership. His return of the Churchill bust shows where he falls on this equation.

The first item on the new president’s agenda should be to ask for the return of the Churchill bust to the WH. (after the place is fumigated, of course.)
Bingo!
That Churchill quote nails it.
Regarding the Churchill bust, Trump has a wonderful opportunity while Obama’said arrogant comments are fresh. He should promise on day one of his administration to request the bust be RETURNED to its rightful place in the Oval Office.
