You’re a CT guy, so you’ll appreciate this. There’s a web of loosely connected relatives and friends who stay connected through one of my relatives, who for his lifetime has been involved in politics, including local office. He and many of his nearby peers were absolutely 100% anti-Trump. But Trump won them over today. How? Anyone who would go to Waterbury at 1030AM on a Saturday and then next stop Bridgeport must be really, really dedicated to their cause!

How true! Waterbury and Bridgeport are not exactly “nice” CT towns. Lot of poverty, welfare and of course heavily Democratic. Not friendly areas for a Republican presidential candidate. I applaud Trump for consistently venturing into the belly of the beast. He wants to be president of all the people and that should count for a lot.
