No, he's been much higher. But Saturday afternoon on a spring day...most people want to be outside and will probably watch it later.
After the event, Trump signed several signs and then the Secret Service got him out of there pretty quick.

Toilet decided to explode this morning, LOL Had to shut the water off so we ate breakfast out this morning.
