Donald J. Trump Response to Cruz and Kasich Campaigns

It is sad that two grown politicians have to collude against one person who has only been a politician for ten months in order to try and stop that person from getting the Republican nomination.

Senator Cruz has done very poorly and after his New York performance, which was a total disaster, he is in free fall and as everyone has seen, he does not react well under pressure. Also, approximately 80% of the Republican Party is against him. Governor Kasich, who has only won 1 state out of 41, in other words, he is 1 for 41 and he is not even doing as well as other candidates who could have stubbornly stayed in the race like him but chose not to do so. Marco Rubio, as an example, has more delegates than Kasich and yet suspended his campaign one month ago. Others, likewise, have done much better than Kasich, who would get slaughtered by Hillary Clinton once the negative ads against him begin. 85% of Republican voters are against Kasich.

Collusion is often illegal in many other industries and yet these two Washington insiders have had to revert to collusion in order to stay alive. They are mathematically dead and this act only shows, as puppets of donors and special interests, how truly weak they and their campaigns are. I have brought millions of voters into the Republican primary system and have received many millions of votes more than Cruz or Kasich. Additionally, I am far ahead of both candidates with delegates and would be receiving in excess of 60% of the vote except for the fact that there were so many candidates running against me.

Because of me, everyone now sees that the Republican primary system is totally rigged. When two candidates who have no path to victory get together to stop a candidate who is expanding the party by millions of voters, (all of whom will drop out if I am not in the race) it is yet another example of everything that is wrong in Washington and our political system. This horrible act of desperation, from two campaigns who have totally failed, makes me even more determined, for the good of the Republican Party and our country, to prevail!

I would think this could work to Trump’s favor.

You are way behind the times, here is some reading to help you catch up (both great reading):

Cruz and his D.C. insiders are making the Nigerians look good. It comes down to Trump VS an insider co-candiate team.

lol

Don’t forget that Cruz championed a law in Texas to limit damages in lawsuits to under $1 million; but in private practice Ted “principled conservative” Cruz fought for $50 million awards in two separate lawsuits.

Yes. The same way the vicious Romney speech worked in his favor. The same way the pompous NeverTrump National Review people work in Trumps favor. There are some things that just rub people the wrong way.

Hypocrite.

What happened to the limited damages legistlation ...did it pass and was it before or after the attempts at $50 mil? He would have had a real fat cut of that money.

This whole election year is heading for disaster. It does look like Trump will win the Republican nomination. It is also a certainty that Clinton will win the general. There also goes the Senate, House, and Supreme Court. It would have better if Trump stayed with reality television. His temperament, and vulgarity will lose it for him and Republicans like me. Trump is not a Republican and we should not give our nomination to him.

I disagree.

In Trump we finally have a TRUE WINNER. He is beyond reproach, he will not be bought and is very strongly supporting our country, and needs to be supported.

Right here. Trump will win, big.

Sorry for the rant....but rather than attack me - first answer the questions I posed about Trump’s lies. Why are they not lies? If they are lies...then what does that say about him...and those who follow him?

Zombies and "True Believers."

A village cannot survive with either one.

He only filed for bankruptcy on 4 companies out of over 100 owned and made successful. I would take those odds in our government any day! Could you imagine, only a 4% failure rate in Congress? Trumps not a failure at all, he still owns all his assets and never had to go public either. Very rare for a company with his net worth too.

The Texas legislation passed in 2003...the $50 million cases came later, in 2007 and 2011.

Because a loan not paid off in default is a 100% write off for the arm of his business he has write these checks.

A way to save 40% on money he sent to himself I think.

Here's your answer:

“If you are a NeverTrump type person, you are working against our purposes on FR, so please opus out now and log off and let us carry on with our mission in peace.

Continue insulting us with 24/7 anti-Trump diatribes and insults, your opus will be assumed.”

Rush is praying Trump gets under 1150.
Trump could convert 100+ uncommitted delegates.

With Cruz ambition overrules principles

Trump is working to defeat the Democrat.
Cruz and Kasich are working to defeat the Republican.

This will absolutely work in Trump's favor. The "rigged and corrupt" narrative is about to add a word with horrific connotations:

Collusion.

It has a sinister ring to it.

Aside from the horrible optics, do these people think actual voters are commodities that can be traded?

Is the typically not-overly-religious suburban Kasich voter in Indiana really going to suddenly support the oily snakehandler? Are Cruz voters in New Mexico going to go in with an open-borders candidate? It is LUNACY.

Both the Kasich voter and the Cruz voter have to "cross over" Trump to get to the other side. A whole bunch of them are not going to make it all the way over.
