There is yet another common feature.
All of the five cities are in places that are very concealed-carry unfriendly.
Some may claim the since IL went shall-issue recently it should not be in this category, but “no carry on public transit” and a 16 hour training course make this an unfriendly place.
When your intended victim can shoot back, crime becomes less interesting.

The black political sub culture produces the black criminal sub culture and together they constitute the crime.
In the middle, the middle class and working for a living black subcultures get screwed
They have been running the same ghettos for over 100 years and nothing has changed. They are now getting 110 votes for every 100 registered voters in the ghetto - and look where it is getting them. The Democratic Bosses want them barefoot, in the streets, uneducated, on drugs, desperate, on relief and totally dependent upon the government for basic human needs. This way they will hard nail their votes to the floor for decades, and deliberately diminish their lives, neither equipping them with the necessary education to get them out, nor the sufficient capital and reduced regulation to make any industry competitive. They are all destined to fail, and that is just the way they planned it.
