As a college student at State, I was in a hurry to get to my next class. I knew the ladies room was right by the elevator. When I got off the elevator I saw I had gotten off on the wrong floor. I just went in the men’s. No big deal. I would imagine many have done the same. We only had a few minutes to walk across campus to our next class. I did not scare anyone and I was not scared. : )
Same thing has happened to me before too. I was at a July 4th event in a small town out of state from where I live. The restrooms were not marked very well. I asked my friend for directions, she said down the hall, first door on the left. Well, it was the second door on the left. I”m sure if most people are honest, this has happened to many, many people. So, do we want to make this a crime?
