Our local Walmart has two huge bathroom areas. They comprise a total of about 600 square feet counting both mens and womens. That would make about 15-20 separate individual bathrooms. Problem solved.

problem solved?
Reconstruction costs zero for the business?
Separate, individual bathrooms, each one with a sink and hand dryer? That costs nothing?
Cleaning costs would skyrocket for limited space, individual bathrooms. Washing and mopping individual floors as well a servicing individual sinks and dryers would take much more time and be more costly.
Would these individual bathrooms have a common corridor? No? Well what makes them so private?
Let’s see how much individual entrance doors cost over present day stall doors.
Let’s see how much new walls cost too, since stall walls are obviously insufficient.
Let’s see how much new tile needs to be laid and how much painting needs to be done. It costs nothing, after all, to hire painters and masons.

Your “problem solved” actually creates more problems, doesn’t it? Come on now, be truthful.
