I’m not saying it is a good situation, but it is going to be very difficult to stop a transsexual or transvesite from using women’s restroom. In order to enforce, you would need to with 100% certainty know the actual gender of a person you think is actually a man dressed or altered to be a woman.
I don’t see how a business could do that without risking liability.
giving people who rob banks the ‘right’ to stand around in bank armed with illegal guns isn’t how we solve bank robberies- while some people could possibly walk into a bank or store with a gun and not be detected-, allowing them the ‘right’ to do so, so that we don’t ‘hurt heir feelings’ is simply not the answer- Keep it illegal, and you cut down on the problem exponentially- allow them to do so, and you invite manifold risk-
to suggest that because we can’t prevent something 100% means we should allow something 100% isn’t a very wise way to deal with problems
The ones who look good enough to pass as women will keep using it like they always have, true. But what about the guys in dresses with full beards or whatever? There’s a huge physical range between men who think they are women and what they are willing to do to look like actual women. Some of them, like Bruce Jenner, are still attracted to women.
