Columbus, Indiana -- Outside an Indiana ice cream shop today, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz stepped off his campaign bus and was almost immediately confronted by an angry Donald Trump supporter.
Kathy Hiel questioned Cruz about the delegate process, accusing him of rigging the system. The contentious exchange ended with Hiel saying Cruz isn't a natural-born citizen and Cruz saying that if Trump had been confronted by a voter challenging him, the Trump campaign would have threatened the voter with violence.

I’m a Trump supporter but this is just wrong.

Maybe there’s more to that video but I didn’t see Cruz raise his voice or lose any cool whatsoever. Talk about a sensationalist headline.

the Cruz video is very creepy.
The worst part, where he very unceremoniously makes his mom talk about stuff that she repeatedly says she doesn’t want to talk about. I would never dream of treating my mother like that. Then when he talks about her praying for him she says yes that’s true, he says ‘for hours’ or something and she rolls her eyes LOL
he comes off as self centered, and a liar (hug and I love you to the cousin who he obviously did not have that sort of relationship with).
Cruz being heated is good right? Well, he wasn’t. He was as reasonable as ever...at least in the part on video.

Yes, true. And it seems Trump people are shocked and surprised when Trump’s past comments are alluded to, as Cruz did today. After all, it was Trump himself who offered to pay the legal bills of his supporters if they punched a protester.
