Trump has to court delegates, court Cruz, or court Kasich.

I’ve been saying for a long time that Trump should be courting the delegates aggressively. I checked tonight with some contacts, and he’s not anywhere the level he needs to be in that category.

Cruz has the best delegate operation in the party. If Trump will court Cruz and trade him a Supreme Court nomination for the right support at the right time, I will consider that a double win.

As for Kasich, he is a big government liberal who supports the Assault Weapons Ban, expanded Obamacare over the objection of his legislature, supports Obama’s Supreme Court nominee, and opposes religious freedom. Kasich is completely unacceptable, and even a deal with him is out of the question.

Whichever path Trump plans to take, it’s time to get his act in gear. Yes, I know, he’s going to win it on the first ballot. Maybe. But what’s his back-up plan?

Trump is ‘courting’ actual voters. Everyday hard working Americans.

The delegates are representative of the voters choice which continues to be overwhelmingly for Trump state over state.

Trump has more than 2,000,000 votes than Romney had at this time. No one was making Romney ‘court’ sleazy delegates who are willing to sell their vote for the highest bidder. Why should Trump be treated any different. Cruz acts like this is a marketing campaign and he is doing everything he can to buy market share. Elections do not work that way when it is obvious someone like Trump is way more popular with majority of voters. Again, delegates represent votes. except for CO and ND who disenfranchise their own citizens.

Cruz and Kasich are embarssaing themselves and their families. Delegates represent the citizens in the communities they live and they need to represent their will which is to vote for Trump in the majority of states.

Voters lead busy lives. We cannot worry if some delegate really is craving a steak dinner bought by the Cruz campaign along with all expense trip to Cleaveland. Trump is a very generous person. When he wins the nomination, and he will win the RNC nomination, and if it’s before the convention, he will work with delegates that do not have enough money to pay for their trip to Cleaveland. Not as a bribe, but as a way for his supporters that are of modest incomes.

Cruz and his supporters have to let it go. Let the Cruz nomination go. Cruz will not win. And he is ruining his chances to keep his TX Senate seat.

Trump is going to have 1237 or better, so he doesn’t have to woo any delegates and especially NOT TRAITOR TEDDY nor that IMBECILE KaSICKO!
