this is propaganda.

the truth is,
if 2 people can securely exchange keys,
it is easy to have unbreakable encryption.

what that is not secure,
is stuff like,
snapchat, instagram ICQ, Skype, etc
and anything smartphone related.
(not sure about PGP and ToR)

separate encryption is needed.

I can think of only one method that more than doubles the vulnerability of securing an asymmetric private key.
