That is just factually incorrect.
When people openly swear at JimRob, or decalre their "NeverTrump" beliefs, or make despicable insults regarding Donald Trump or his supporters, that's when JimRob drops the hammer.
He also said words to the effect: "if you're here to undermine our efforts to unify behind the presumptive nominee, then take it elsewhere, and your opus will be assumed".
That's the phase that this process has reached.
The time for flooding FR with Ted Cruz "contested convention" propaganda is long over, and those who insist on pissing in the sandbox deserve to reap the harvest they've sown.
Jim Robinson is still showing incredible restraint in many cases.
But people who can't control their words, especially those who are agitating against the presumptive nominee, and in favor of a candidate whose campaign has totally collapsed, and in favor of the GOPe being involved in the nominatoin process, are aiding and abetting the Enemy. That's right: They're helping Hillary.
That's where Jim Robinson has been drawing the line, it's a reasonable place to do so, and hysterical claims to the contrary can be safely disregarded.
So spare us the righteous indignation about the poor persecuted Ted Cruz fanboys and their failed candidate.
It's unfortunate there are still so many unable or unwilling to face the reality of the situation, but the fact is that, collectively, the GOP electorate has turned their back on both Ted Cruz and John Kasich.
In addition to doing that, they are now both happily and cautiously embracing Donald Trump as their nominee. Donald Trump's support has blown through 50% in several states now, and is also doing so nationally.
Thus, each and every Ted Cruz anti-Trump talking point is being systematically obliterated. Ted Cruz can has been dismissed, and the confirmation of that fact will become more evident with each passing day, and each new poll result...
Vote Trump
The general impression I have gotten is that Cruz supporters and Trump critics are not welcome here anymore.
Maybe it’s a false impression, but I have plenty of reasons for criticizing Trump and I am very reluctant to share them on this forum.
I continue to enjoy the Religion and Chat rooms, but the election threads have been very contentious - at least they were contentious until dozens of Cruz supporters and Trump critics found themselves zotted into outer darkness.
Now it has become an echo chamber for Trump supporters.
