As I gazed from the Rim of that Canyon, all interest in riding a mule down into the depths of that wonder vanished!
Even walking a couple miles down it was crowded and that was around Thanksgiving. We’re going again this Thanksgiving but with family. I’ll probably just sit on the rim. The worst was trying to ride the bus out to the west. More crowded than the classic rim area. Foreign tourists. Crazy people. I’m surprised more people don’t fall off.
