Was the lesbian wearing a sign that announced her sexual orientation? How did the clerk know she was a lesbian? I thought they wanted equality. Just go in the store, buy what you want, and leave, don’t bring any drama with you.
Thus, if a black employee is fired, the employer BEARS THE BURDEN OF PROOF that the employee was fired for reasons (there could be dozens) other than race.

Isn’t anybody else sick of this gay crap? I watched the video. Clerk didn’t say anything about gay. So did the girl go in and announce that she was gay?
At any rate, it gets sickening reading about homosexuals constantly.
Dollars to donuts the two are in cahoots. Insurance scams are a way of life and common source of income in New Orleans.
That is why I always question these stories
Usually they turn out to be fake, the lady made it up for attention, has happened before, especially with the restaurant receipt in New Jersey, where the waitress said a religious family left a anti-gay smear on the tip receipt and did not tip her. When in fact they did tip her (and well) and left no remark about anything about her and thought she did a good job.
However, if I found out an employee of mine said something like that to customer, I would fire them. That is not the kind of business I run. If this is true, the clerk should be fired.
Sounds like fakery as others have posted. In case it’s not, I’m sure the clerk was pretending to be Bruce Springsteen or PayPal when refusing service.
