Exactly how many universiy grads right now can’t get jobs are they also going to sue!!!!
How convenient - a Hillary supporting judge. Decides to time it with the election. The whole thing stinks.
They double those up, despite cultural taboos.
Donald Trump has directly defrauded American people. Once he gets the nomination, Trump will rightly be crucified for this.
I want to congratulate all those “burn everything down” and “ignore the facts as establishment lies” Trump supporters for electing Hillary Clinton. Like Cassandra, I await your wrath today, your deeper hatred of my when you realize I was correct, and your tears of anger and self-recrimination.
REally, Poodle? I’ve been waiting for 11 months for the Bill Cosby like womanizer stories, the drunken sorays, the cheating etc. You’re not going to find it with this man.
He will tell you he’s been tough with people who are tough, but to discredit him as having many many people whom he fleeced, is really kinda pathetic.
The man doesn’t drink or smoke. He’s been divorced, yeah, unfortunately that’s a sign of our generation. We need him. We don’t need another phony politician like Cruz, that’s for sure... or Hillary...God no.
And the Clinton e-mail cases is...
“Trump’s direct responsibility for this is probably small, but the timing is still bad for the fall campaign.”
*****
Agreed. Not a fan of Trump. However, hate civil suits and bogus criminal prosecutions (e.g. Rick Perry case) designed to derail a candidate.
As for this particular case, it’s going forward because the court has jurisdiction, cognizable legal claims were made, and there’s a genuine issue of material fact as to whether the alleged misconduct occurred.
Many non-lawyers assume that going to trial means there’s culpability. In reality, the threshold is far lower than that.
Should be interesting to see how it pans out, particularly as other states are curtailing the use of terms like “university,” “school,” etc. in similar situations for unaccredited educational ventures.
Trump isn’t going to win. Sorry, but it’s just not happening.
I’m a realist who wants to start winning. ANd I’ve been around for over ten years. I’m just not a frequent commenter. But it breaks my heart seeing so many good, solid conservatives being run off because so many have bought into Trump’s BS.
Do you even realize how solid conservatives will never vote for Trump. We don’t believe him. He IS NOT A CONSERVATIVE. He’s a salesman.
Of course I do, there are about a dozen of you on FR that keep saying that. If Trump doesn't win the nomination, I can guarantee that the GOPe will lose the Senate, maybe even the House and for sure the Presidency. Is that truly what you want?
There are a lot more outside of the echo chamber. Trump’s numbers are terrible with women, Latinos and young people. Feel free to ignore the bad news, but you would do well to remember the day after so we can try and salvage something.
I’m not familiar with the acronym, SWMNBN.
Your sign-up date is 2/11/16, that has nothing to do with your post count. Do you still stand by this post?:

Yup, concern troll
I didn’t ask you if you were a concern troll, I asked if you stood by that post you made. Do you?
SWMNBN = She Who Must Not Be Named.
The principal involved in the case has something like &835K+ in legal fees.
I don’t understand how you can have an atty who would carry you for that kind of money. Unless you are married to or are the atty.
The entity took a nose dive in 2008 real estate. How was that not predictable.
Maybe Trump’s on the hook for it, or maybe not.
Where did you stand with Romney's BS?
I see you are new to FR.
