I was going to say the same thing, I heard almost the exact same words for that "already taken into account in the projections" part. Followed by Rush saying something about how he wasn't trying to depress the turnout. Yeah, OK.

When I heard Rush say that today, I was thinking, well, yeah, I am already taking into account that D. Trump is the next president of the US, so there is that.

The question was, why are they so late getting a grip on the situation?
