I think Hannity has been pretty fair. He has regained some of my respect these last few months. I used to shut the tv off quickly when he came on.

I agree. Hannity rehabilitated his image and has emerged as the most fair and the most balanced host among them all. Did Hannity challenge Cruz on the voterless primaries? Yes, but he only became frustrated with Cruz after he gave him numerous opportunities to explain and all Ted did was filibuster with garbage. Moreover, although Hannity and Trump have been friends for years, Hannity gave Trump both barrels with tough questions, and called him on Trump's inconsistency of positions over the years. Trump gave rationale answers, and no ones feelings were hurt.
