I read that too but it seems that Reagan did it so I guess that it’s legal.
Last night Trump said that he wouldn’t be thinking of who his VP would be, it’s too early. He must have some idea but will wait until he has the nomination.
Cruz will end back up in the Senate a much diminished and hated man.
How much does Graham despise the gentleman from Texas? Hes stopped short of accusing Cruz of being the Zodiac Killer, but hes made his disdain known several times, publicly.
On the Larry Kudlow Show in December, Graham suggested Cruzs Middle East policy would literally be cataclysmic: Ted Cruzs wanting to keep Assad in power is the dumbest idea possible. It means the war never ends, Graham said. What Cruz and others are doing is going to make sure that another 9/11 happens.
After dropping out of the race, Graham described the choice between Trump and Cruz as a deadly no-win situation: Its like being shot or poisoned, Graham said at a Capitol Hill press conference in January. What does it matter?
At the Washington Foundation Press Clubs congressional dinner in February, Graham went a step further by joking about Cruzs murder: If you killed Ted Cruz on the floor of the Senate, and the trial was in the Senate, nobody would convict you.
I didn’t know Reagan did that, I remember his ‘having’ to pick Bush and he didn’t want to...
I hope Trump doesn’t get put in that position, I don’t think he will, I don’t know who would be a good V.P. as I have vetted a few people but I don’t know what Trump is really thinking in a V.P.
I do know as Attorney General it would be someone really mouthy and strong, and that reminds me of Christie, but he has two years left in New Jersey and would America go for New York/New Jersey?
A lot to look at here...
If you are justifying your argument by quoting Senator Leslie Grahamnesty you probably don't belong on FreeRepublic.
