I cannot understand why Pence would endorse a candidate at this time when the candidate has no path to a first ballot win.
This would harm Pence more than help him.
Agree it does nothing for Pence to endorse at this point. Or for Cruz. My money is on a hail Mary VP announcement which is just ludicrous since the guy is mathematically eliminated. Let it play out and hopefully Cruz will have to exit the race soon. After he gets trounced in Indiana I don’t see how he stays in.
