As you undoubtedly know, the court system would be overwhelmed because they have the legal right to go through a process. How much do you want to pay their taxpayer funded attorneys? How long a delay is acceptable while they collect benefits month after month after month. Of course they don’t belong here but I am looking at the path of least resistance and the least cost to remove them quickly.
My plan would be implemented after the wall is built and border secured. Through fingerprints or DNA taken at the time of the 5 grand should prevent multiple payments.
Getting the 5K requires DNA and fingerprints.
I don't think that if they just bust into a country without going through a legal process to begin with that they have a legal right to a process.
Unfortunately, that is where we are. We have given them a right to a hearing.
