Interesting cartoon about socialism.
At that time 68 years ago it was actually real and a warning of the Communists plans for all - not a future prediction - a warning. There is a difference.
Now that people have elected politicians who have allowed most of those plans to come to fruition in the US, it seems like a prediction in hindsight - but not at the time.
PIF, Rey posted correctly using the published title. We request all posters to use published titles only in our effort to prevent duplication and pulled threads.
If you have a concern or complaint about a title originally published on another site, it's going to be more productive to take it up with the original publisher rather than a fellow Freeper.

Like I said he could have posted the corrections in the first comment before posting thus staying in the rules and being correct - I remember the cartoon and it is annoying to see it posted as if it were made in the 60s.

I was thinking the same thing. According to PIF I guess any headline that has the word “today” or “one year ago” cannot be posted without a correction or PIF will have a tiff.
I remember seeing a few cartoons like this, one was on capitalism and I showed it to my grandson, who learns in CA public school that capitalism and corporations are evil.
No I can’t, and that should tell us something.
They also reference this as “propaganda”.
No, it’s educating the public. There are reasoned things to address the public on. Good grief!
