That’s a matter of opinion. I find him likable. I like people with intelligence, knowledge, an even-tempered personality, shared interest in movies/games, humility. Cruz is the type of person I enjoy making friends with.
Smart? No doubt. But I Don’t trust him one bit. Just like the rest of the Ivy League educated, never holding a real job politicians....all hat and not cattle, as they say.
