Countries like Venezuela would be better of with a nationalistic dictator. The people have proven their incompetence. It would take a solid dictator 20-30 years to undo the destruction already done. The people will not do/face the hard truth and pain they need to experience. Therefore they are toast.
They’re already using fingerprint identification at the grocery stores for food purchases when gov’t money is the payment.
