I lose no love over any of the Kartrashians, but supposedly he had this obsession from long before he met her, and had started taking female hormones shortly before they met. She was looking for business when they met and offered to become his manager, so they could continue to market his "brand" for endorsements. Out of this grew a relationship. It is logical that she would convince him on a business basis that changing his sex would, at that time, dilute or erase his earning potential as a former Olympian.
Some genuine element must have developed in their relationship, since they went on to marry and have two or three biological children together. I can only guess he waited until the children were grown and society had been Marxified by Obama beforetaking his recent radical steps of taking hormones and having artificial breasts implanted. He is one confused man.
