Satan.
Satan is running the world until Jesus Christ comes back. We handed it to him in the Garden of Eden This is why the Apostle John weeps because no one is worthy. Then Jesus Christ stands up as the One worthy.
That is why Satan is the “prince of this world” according to Christ in the Gospels, and Satan is the “god of this world” in one of Paul’s Epistles.
