That’s your opinion. My opinion is a Trump nomination is a Hillary victory. He will bring over some dems to vote for him but they’ll vote for dems down the line on the ballot. I think we’ll lose a lot more with a Trump nomination than a contested convention. I could very well be wrong, but it doesn’t matter since Trump supporters say he’ll win everything and America will be made great once again! Yay!

Regarding the Trump campaign, this is probably a good thing.

After all, Carrier leaving Indy isn’t exactly something to put on your resume.

Methinks they need a new governor.

Their last one was Evan Bayh. I learned some time ago NOT to base my judgment of an elected official's performance on endorsements and alliances. There are a lot of moving parts that are not necessarily relevant to the question of the performance of the man. Chris Christie is not better than Pence and Scott Walker because he endorsed Trump.

My opinion? You guys can’t even explain how Cruz will win. I have to see a Cruz supporter explain how Cruz can win any swing state. He can’t even win the majority of votes from the GOP voters in the primary, so how is he going to attract the moderates required to win Florida, Ohio, and Virginia?

What backs up you’re belief? Or is this magical unicorn thinking?

I guess you didn’t get the memo about cruzbots here.

A sincere question. How is an opinion about TBEL's candidate of choice and the candidate they do not prefer constitute being in violation of the "cruzbot memo"? I see no personal attack, profanity, or racism/violence in the post (our long-held posting guidelines).

Or is there to be no debate? My long-held belief in any hotly contested argument is to make your case and defend your position. If TBEL has these questions/doubts/whatever, make your case. Thank you.

If Bobby Knight decided to run for governor Whitey Pence would not challenge him. Knight is that popular and a lot more conservative than Pence.

You are attacking Bobby Knight for a 1988 interview before an Indiana primary ? Did you come up with that idea on your own ?

For the record:

Knight: Rape Remarks Misinterpreted

Under your standards is it legitimate to tar Cruz with depraved sexual sin because of his comments about copulating with a rat ?

I don’t understand hitching your wagon to a nearly dead horse at the last minute. And how about Pence making the announcement during some radio show? Apparently, he wants to make the endorsement but he does not want to stand next to Cruz and make a big show of announcing it. Seems kind of weak to me.

“Careful what you say here nowadays. We must all support Trump because Trump is going to save us. Cruz is evil. And Cruz is a liar. And Cruz is a bible thumper. And Trump is our savior. And anyone who believes otherwise is an idiot and must be a troll.”

Go say whatever you want.

It isnt like there was some conspiracy to make Cruz crash and burn the way he has.

If you all want to vocally proclaim how much you still want to support this embarrassing spectacle, then by all means bark “Go Cruz” until you wear out your keyboard.

I’m sure the pressure was fierce, but after saying he would “stay neutral” he looks pretty weak. Good luck with re-election bid.

Polls are media generated to try and affect people’s perceptions. Cruz and Kasich would get destroyed by Hilary Rotten Clinton. Especially one trick pony Cruz, who’s the most unlikable, despised GOP presidential candidate I can ever remember. If the nomination is not stolen from Trump he’ll beat Clinton in a landslide. If it is stolen she’s the next president and there goes the Supreme Court for the next 30 years.

I guess you haven’t see the polls.

HRC crushes DJT in every match up I’ve seen.

Cruz and HRC are about even.

Kasich decisively beats HRC in every poll I’ve seen.

Go Cruz.

I hope you fully understand that, if sCruz gets the nod through slimy contested convention tactics, there will be hell to pay. I don't know why you sCruzballs hate America so much.
