Yet, as a group, most Cruz supporters have pledged to support Trump if he is the nominee.

Why should our candidate not be shown the same respect we show your candidate? For that matter, why should we not be shown any respect at all?

Trumpists are expecting something that they're not willing to reciprocate. And, be advised, the dismissive attitude is not helping your candidate.

Yers, we'd all love to rewrite the rules of basic human psychology, but in the absence of that, the reality wouild be just as I have noted.
