Mike Downs Center for Indiana Politics.

The survey was conducted among 400 registered likely voters in Indiana between April 13-27 and has a margin of error of 4.9 percent.

Ted: Hey Carly, call my house 20 times and ask me who I’m voting for, then call Trump once. Then we’ll post it as a poll that I have a double digit lead.

Of course, it's The Hill--with its big leftist goggles on-- looking for a poll-nugget.

Go down a few lines and see them bump into reality.

The results of the poll are at odds with other recent surveys that show Trump in the lead.
The RealClearPolitics average of polls finds Trump with a 5-point advantage over Cruz.

They took that poll over 15 days and only polled 400 people? It’s worthless.

There is just no realistic way this poll is true. For one thing, they had a two week poll with only 400 voters. I just don’t buy it. All this talk about internals in the toilet for Cruz and I think that Trump is ahead!

Amazing poll.

A 15 day poll which began 13 days BEFORE the 5 State primary obliteration of Cruz by Trump.

I thnk we we have seen the first poll aimed exclusively at the terminally gullible and stupid.

Geography and past patterns matter in this election.

Dare I say it, Indiana’s dynamics are a bit like Wisconsin which was a state where Donald Trump failed to win.

So I give Cruz a chance but all Donald needs IMHO is a victory on May 3rd in Indiana and or May 10th in West Virginia to set the course for going over 1237 delegates on June 7th.

I have given Ted hundreds of dollars and voted for Donald Trump and his delegates earlier this week in PA.

I want to crush the Republican Establishment and hit them where it hurts. They will never change their ways until they are pushed into a corner like the corner they are in now.

I don’t hate anybody but I expect action, I expect change, I expect a conservative POTUS who moves the country in a direction like Franklin Roosevelt or Lyndon Johnson did, except in the right direction this time around.

I find both guys (Trump and Cruz) limp on religious freedom and the farmer-rancher land freedom issue raised by Ammon
Bundy and others like the murdered LaVoy Finicum who came out to support the ranchers jailed for a second time as terrorists for lighting a backfire to protect their property (FREE THE HAMMONDS, DONALD AND TED).

But when guys like Lindsey Graham dislike Trump passionately and shown a glum face in saying they ‘support Cruz” I see progress.

Should I believe that poll, or every other public poll of Indiana in existence and released in April 2016?

Not even the most deluded Cruzbot could believe that. Even if he wins, it won't be anywhere near any sixteen points. Furthermore, the poll started on April 13, long be the race shifted.

The poll is such garbage that I can't see why The Hill felt the need to report on it. In a few days, that firm will have shot its credibility to hell permanently.
