I bet that place is insured for ten times what it is worth. That is about the only way that it has 'promise' as a profitable business venture.
I doubt it. First you can't collect more than real replacement cost no matter how much insurance they have. And, secondly, in order to insure something they need to find a company to write the policy. Who would be foolish enough to insure any retail store in Ferguson?
