There was talk when the protests first erupted that while the attendees were exercising their First Amendment rights inside the venue, the protestors outside the event were exercising theirs.

HOWEVER, if the protestors are paid agent provocateurs, then they are NOT exercising their OWN rights but are in fact inciting a riot on behest of an unknown party. It is about time there was a crackdown on this reprehensible practice.

Of course, a Free And Independent Press could play a major role here but we have not had such an entity for a long, long time.
