Why no charges ?
The intent was to raise racial hatred. Charge them. Expel them.
Identified yet unnamed, and uncharged.
Make no mistake, the “intent” was to incite a series of escalating riots that would culminate with the cancellation of finals......
Only a whitey would get charged, just blacks did it so it’s just fine and dandy apparently.
