Alan Wilson was (and is) an American citizen, and was named as the father on that Report (even though later on, it came out that he wasn’t ).
Maybe Alan acknowledged paternity back then, and that’s how Michael got us citizenship.
So it’s possible Eleanor could have changed to English citizenship.
But them what passport did she use to get back into the US?
That document shows a UK address for her, and a US address for the friend or relative of hers.
