Everybody hates Ted Cruz for a good reason

Cruz is a human being that everybody who has experience with him hate him bar mike lee

Heres what fellow classmates in Princeton thought this about Cruz

Several fellow classmates who asked that their names not be used described the young Cruz with words like 'abrasive,' 'intense,' 'strident,' 'crank,' and 'arrogant.' Four independently offered the word 'creepy.'"

His roomette in collage hated him and said this about him

Mazin—who has called Cruz "a nightmare of a human being"—recalled that when he was a freshman sharing a dorm room with Cruz, he would get invited to parties hosted by seniors because the upperclassmen pitied him. Cruz, he notes, "was that widely loathed. It's his superpower."

According to Mazin, Cruz would hit snooze on his alarm clock over and over again, and he refused to stop doing this when Mazin asked

His classmates in Harvard hated him and explained why

GQ reported that Cruz started a study group during his first year in Cambridge, but he announced that "he didn't want anybody from 'minor Ivies' like Penn or Brown." In an interview with the Boston Globe, another student recalled what happened when she agreed to carpool with Cruz: "We hadn't left Manhattan before he asked my IQ."

Eveybody who worked with Ted Cruz when he was helping Bush president campaign 2000 hated him

He was infamous for firing off mundane work e-mails in the middle of the night—it happened so often that some in the Bush campaign suspected him of writing them ahead of time and programming his computer to send while he was asleep. He was also known for dispatching regular updates on his accomplishments that one recipient likened to "the cards people send about their families at Christmas, except Ted's were only about him and were more frequent."

Oh he also a creep

Cruz made female students uncomfortable by frequently walking to their end of the floor in his freshman dorm, wearing only a paisley bathrobe.

Now there are other sources for this such as

Theres something wrong with this man, no wonder Trump said when he got to know him he started to him.

I have been around here a while and have found this election entertaining as well as stimulating. The battle between the Cruz and Trump supporters got heated and emotional there...so what was my view. Folks need a chance to spout off sometimes and here is a good place.

I am a Trump supporter and have been since day one. I even changed my registration from independent to be able to vote in the CA primary. Trump is not the perfect candidate by all means. What the primaries are for is for the voters to decide which person they want to represent them in the upcoming general election. Cruz supporters it appears will have lost that battle this time around.

I honestly think that Cruz is damaging whatever is left of his brand right now...but then again, he is being used by the #NeverTrump cabal. What Cruz receives in return I am not privy to. It certainly will not be the nomination.

But if Cruz supporters want to post negative articles on Trump, that should be fine for educational purposes, either to find out if the facts related are true, or for whatever other reasons. I think it is silly for some members here to opus out and declare for Hillary over Trump. For all his warts and all (and there are many), Trump at least pays lip service to America First...something no other candidate dares do. He is a citizen candidate and I think that is the best kind. I, like most here are tired of the professional politician class that has never gotten dirt under their nails or contributed much of anything to society or their community except for flowery words.

So, Cruz supporters, continue posting whatever articles you wish. I will not mind. If you get really weird, then I will tell you that it is time for you to go feed your cats...Likewise, I expect the same from you all if I get out of line....

I never heard of the site. I will have to do some digging and make of it what strikes me as logical and realistic.

I never heard of the site either. At first I wondered if it was a satire site, which is possible. Like I said, who knows..either it is completely propaganda (truth mixed with falsehoods), or someone broke a really big story.

I agree. I’ve been around a number of autistic children and their behaviors are quite different, and clearly afflictions. Cruz is just an obnoxious boor, IMO.

Contrast this with Trump.

It seems like every working class person who comes in contact with Trump loves him. I’m talking about cabbies, doorman at hotels, waiters and so on. And Trump’s prep school classmates are on record saying that Trump was popular in prep school. And then there is Trump’s family who seem to love him and are great people.

Most guys I work with like Trump. And we are just blue collar construction workers. Right in the middle of a heavily Republican part of PA. Very, very conservative. He has a realness to him that can’t be faked.

We agree that the threat of a zot is cyberbullying. That is what I was getting at. That will have a impact on some.

Me I just responded something like if I get zotted for posting a reply that is civil then there is not reason to be here and I doubt Jim would zot someone for that.

So I went to the site’s About Me page and it is an admittedly Pro Trump site. The owner signs his name, so he is not anonymous so I think the site is a citizen-blog that supports Trump. There are satire articles listed on the site, but those are labelled satire. The other articles are re-written stories based on MSM and other sources. I think the Heidi/iCarly/#daddycruz story is something of his own reporting mixed with another (immigrant) story. He may even live in Indiana for all I know.

I got nasty some early on and told someone to run home so mommy could change your diaper. But then I came to the conclusion that even though Trump supporters and Cruz supporters are against each other they are still fighting for the same thing. A better America than we have thanks to the dems and Rinos. A return to common sense governance that is based on conservative priciples.

Therefore I have backed off of what I was posting. Even though I dont think Trump is better that Cruz that does not mean I will not vote for Trump. And we need both groups to defeat the hildabeast.

But as of late I feel somewhat like the IRS is after me if I post. So I limit my posts somewhat. That and If I do post I am attacked by so many people it is hard to keep track of who said what. And some of those post are personal insults. So at this point I think I may not read any more posts about Cruz or Trump. It is just to irritating to listen to the insults and threats.

If you have any questions or concerns, I am sure that JimRob or an admin would gladly address them. I believe the site ops are pretty even keeled and not ogres.

The narcissist I knew best was an ACA. There isn’t necessarily a connection, but when certain elements come together they can create a most definite connection.

At its root narcissism is a total break from a childhood so unendurable that the child detaches from it. If you’ve known a real narcissist, he or she can relate incidents from their early childhood, but then they say something like, “It’s as if I’m watching someone else. It’s not me, and I feel nothing re what this child went through.”

Recall that both Ted’s parents were alcoholics. Also, Dad abandoned him at a vulnerable age. There was likely more going on, but we don’t have the specifics.

The bottom line is that at some point certain children become so overwhelmed by a destructive environment far beyond their control that they leave it—and their feelings—behind. They create a new reality for themselves, and in it they are the most unique, amazing and singular people on earth.

Ted’s Dad aided this alternative reality when he reentereed the family and began talking big about his son. He told Ted he was anointed—a king. He led his son to believe there was a unique and, one might almost say, awesome destiny in his future.

Put it altogether, and you have a classic narcissist. The shame and rejection—and quite possible abuse (alcoholism and young children is a bad mix)—are emotionally detached from the adult Ted. What’s real to him is his anointed destiny. He’s singular, unique and amazing—and whatever happens, it’s all about him. I.e.: he’s a narcissist.

jimpick just made up the thing about being threatened with a zot, he wasn’t.

Like the homos who spay paint something on the bathroom wall themselves and then claim persecution from others.

You can go look at his posting history and see for yourself.

Whereas, Trump is constantly selling his brand. He speaks big and grandiose about himself and his business because he is ABC (always be closing). Before he entered the race, Trump was selling his brand as the best thing since sliced bread. One can agree or disagree with that sentiment, but it is not narcissistic. Big ego, yes...but Trump interacts with his audience and speaks to them as individuals as well as a group.

There is a difference between how Trump sells his “Brand” and how Cruz sells his. Trump goes for the positive and paints word pictures of his opponents that poke fun but are not vicious. Cruz on the other hand paints a doom and gloom picture of the world if he is not selected.

I couldn’t agree with you more. Trump has a larger than life public persona which, as you said, is all about the brand. He’s a salesman alright, but that’s not a bad thing. Part of Trump’s brand is to deliver on promises. If you do what you said you’d do, it’s a good deal and burnishes the brand. If you fail to deliver it tarnishes the brand—anathema to Trump.

Here’s the most dispositive way to know Trump isn’t a narcissist. People who know him best say his private persona differs from the public one. In private, they say, he is warm, kind and humble. That, quite simply, is something that is never said of a narcissist. They can certainly feign warmth and caring, but like Bill Clinton’s quivering lower lip, it’s not the real thing.

I am not concerned just pointing out what I have seen. As you can see just because I didnt post fast enough for balding eagle he felt he could attack me.

He needs to mature a little and realize we are closer in our view point than hitlery and him.

Like I said my battery is dying and I am standing at the charger.
